Komuniciranje u otvorenim inovacijama

U okviru ove vežbe potrebno je da samostalno ili u paru obradite slučaj jedne firme iz zemlje ili inostranstva koja je uspešno koristila koncept otvorenih inovacija. Za početak pogledajte ovaj kraći video da bolje shvatite pojam otvorenih inovacija:

Nakon toga potražite na internetu ili drugde neki konkretan primer otvorenih inovacija. Samostalno ili u paru analizirajte ovaj slučaj i dostavite pisani izveštaj u tekstualnoj formi (ne u posebnom fajlu nego kao nalepljen „pejstovan“ tekst u imejlu), putem imejla (adresa komunikologija@gmail.com , naslov: kom2022 65 66 – brojevi indeksa).

Pisani izveštaj bi trebalo da ima između 600 i 1,000 reči. Trebalo bi predstaviti:
kako je, koga i zašto firma uključila u svoj inovativni proces, kako se komuniciralo sa eksternim partnerima u inoviranju, da li su to bili krajnji korisnici, partneri, druge firme,… na koji način se razgovaralo, prikupljale ideje… koji je bilo rezultat zajedničkog napora.
